Personal Secretarial Services
- Organize/Pay Bills
- Reconcile Statements: Bank, Credit Card, Investment, Medical Insurance, Home Health Aid
- Follow-up phone calls/letters to resolve disputes
- Maintain detailed, accurate financial/tax records
- Prepare monthly/quarterly statements for clients/CPA's
- Set up/monitor a budget
- Track CD renewal schedules
- Make trips to Post Office and bank
- Keep appointment calendar up to date
Qualifications
- Over 11 years administrative experience within the Trust department of a bank
- Over 5 years experience in bookkeeping, set up three companies with Quickbooks
- Over 11 years experience as an Executive Secretary/Administrative Assistant, currently working for a Senior Vice President of a mid-size Consulting Firm
- 5 years experience in geriatric care
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Escell, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Member of American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM)
